LAS VEGAS — A man jailed since last week on a weapons charge was named as another “person of interest” in the kidnapping of a 6-year-old boy in Las Vegas. Jose Lopez-Buelna, 48, was arrested Friday during a raid on a Las Vegas residence in the investigation of the abduction of Cole Puffinburger, police said Tuesday. The boy was left unharmed Saturday night in a Las Vegas neighborhood.
