Venezuela asked Russia to work with the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries to reverse a slide in the price of oil, President Hugo Chavez said. “We were recently in Moscow, talking with the president and prime minister about the need to strengthen the relations and coordination between OPEC and Russia,” Chavez said.
