Broncos receiver Brandon Marshall will have an arraignment hearing Monday in Atlanta on misdemeanor battery charges stemming from an alleged incident March 4 with his former girlfriend.
Marshall, who will not attend the hearing, will be represented at the hearing by Denver attorney Harvey Steinberg.
“We anticipate pleading not guilty on Nov. 3 and setting the matter for trial,” Steinberg said.
