DENVER—They’re joking on political blogs that the Obamas might want to rent an apartment in Colorado because they’re here so often. It’s an apt observation. Michelle Obama has announced plans to stump in Colorado yet again on Monday night in Denver.
It will be the fourth appearance in less than a week for Barack or Michelle Obama. Michelle Obama headlined a rally in Colorado Springs Tuesday, and Barack Obama spoke to a record crowd in Denver Sunday. Both of them planned to speak in Pueblo on Saturday.
John McCain has made plenty of Colorado stops, too, but the campaign hasn’t announced plans for him to return before Election Day. Instead, former Republican Gov. Mitt Romney of Massachusetts will stump for McCain in Colorado Springs on Saturday.
