A lack of early-season snow means little to the base village bistro known as the Coyote Cafe. The Tex-Mex eatery has been a local landmark for liquid libation and good grub on the side since 1987.
A favorite after-work haunt of the Beaver Creek Ski Patrol and gathering point during the Birds of Prey World Cup ski races, the recently expanded restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a side of local color.
