Boulder police hope missing pieces of a costume may help find a group of men who gang-raped a 20-year-old woman walking home from a Halloween party last Friday.
The woman wore a red-and-black costume with spots to resemble a ladybug. Part of the costume and a shiny black headband with two silver springs and heart-shaped antennae were torn away and are still missing.
The attack happened in an alley between 15th and 20th streets parallel and north of Arapahoe Avenue about 1 a.m.
The woman said she was accosted by four college-aged men. One had slicked-back black hair.
