WhiteWave Foods Co. and Hero Group are teaming up to introduce chilled-fruit products in North America.
The joint venture, based in Broomfield, will enable both companies to extend their global reach by leveraging each other’s established innovation, technology, manufacturing and distribution capabilities.
WhiteWave, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dean Foods Co., makes Silk soy milk and Horizon Organic products. Hero Group, based in Switzerland, produces fruit and infant nutrition brands Hero and Beech-Nut.
