Xcel Energy made three annual filings with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission late Monday that could lower electricity bills in the state by a small amount.
The cost adjustments, known as riders, would on average lower each residential electricity bill by 21 cents a month and each small-business electricity bill by 42 cents a month starting next year, the company said.
