Huskies coach Jeff Ketron is adamant that a midseason trip for nonleague play to Fruita Monument was the one that bonded his team. . . . Poudre downed Legacy in Round 2 in one of the strangest playoff games on record, 3-0 in double overtime. . . . Fact is, Josh Morton, senior Impalas rusher, is not unlike the Energizer Bunny. He surpassed 2,000 yards the past week and seems to get stronger in the second half.
