Local homebuilder Berkeley Homes is hosting a model-home furniture and accessories sale on Saturday. Proceeds will benefit The Bridge Project, an after-school, summer and scholarship program for children living in Denver Housing Authority neighborhoods including Quigg-Newton, South Lincoln, Columbine and Westwood. More than 1,000 items, including artwork, lamps, bedding, chairs and case goods, will be available at discount prices. The sale happens at three of Berkeley’s model homes, located at 10835, 10825 and 10813 Heatherton St. in The Hearth, McArthur Ranch Road and Heatherton Street, Highlands Ranch. Details at .
