Janus Capital Group Inc.’s co-chief investment officers will switch their employment agreements for severance- rights packages, mirroring what the company’s top executive did six months ago.
Jonathan D. Coleman and Rich ard Gibson Smith will remain in their positions without changing their responsibilities, the Denver-based money manager said in a regulatory filing Wednesday. Chief executive Gary Black signed a similar agreement in April, giving the company’s board more flexibility in setting performance-related pay.
