THE UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO AT BOULDER: Named Deb Coffin the new associate vice chancellor for student affairs and dean of students, a position she has held since July in an interim appointment.

HCA-HEALTHONE LLC: Appointed Matt Sogard as the first chief operating officer for the Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children. Sogard has served as associate administrator for Presbyterian/St. Luke’s for nearly four years.

NATIONAL COMMITTEE ON QUALITY ASSURANCE: Awarded Dr. Dale Kliner, who practices at Rocky Mountain Family Medicine in Aurora, with the Clinical Excellence in Diabetes honor for 2008.

COBIZ FINANCIAL: Recently added Matthew Barron as an IT application support manager. At the Green Manning & Bunch unit, Ron Rivera was named managing director and Tamoghna Ghosh an analyst. Lisa Waldren was appointed a client-service support specialist at Colorado Business Bank.
