The Department of Regulatory Agencies announced Thursday the retirement of Colorado Bank Commissioner Richard Fulkerson on Nov. 20 after 13 years of service.
Fulkerson, 55, has served in the Colorado Division of Banking since 1995. Prior to being appointed commissioner, he was director of examinations.
