BOULDER COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE: Announced that Jim Carrigan has accepted a part-time position of deputy district attorney emeritus. Carrigan, a retired federal judge and retired justice of the Colorado Supreme Court, is currently a mediator and arbitrator with the Judicial Arbiter Group.
DENVER HEALTH: Recently added Dr. Carlton Barnett as a surgeon and Dr. Guy Upshaw as a pediatrician.
