An argument over a cellphone led one man to pull out a pistol and shoot another in the leg on a public bus in Denver on Thursday night.
The RTD bus on Route 30 was at West Colfax Avenue and Kalamath Street when the shooting happened about 8:30 p.m., said Denver police spokesman Sonny Jackson.
The shooter jumped off the bus and fled. The victim was taken to Denver Health Medical Center with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Police were still developing a description of the suspect Thursday evening.
