Phoenix-based Alliance Residential Co. is building a 400-unit apartment complex in Foxfield.
Broadstone Cornerstar, at 16045 E. Easter Circle, will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom units with approximately 700 to 1,500 square feet. The plan includes a 6,000-square-foot recreation clubhouse/social lounge, wireless cyber cafe with coffee bar, and a fully-equipped fitness center.
The complex should be available for occupancy next summer.
