EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Still no Champ.
No Champ Bailey and no Selvin Young for the Broncos’ game here today against the New York Jets at Giants Stadium. They remain inactive while continuing to heal from their groin tears.
Bailey, the Broncos’ star cornerback, will miss his fifth consecutive game since suffering his injury in the first half of the Broncos’ 41-7 loss at New England on Oct. 20.
Young has been out seven games with the exception of making one carry for 2 yards last month against Cleveland.
Also inactive for the Broncos were safety Marlon McCree, linebacker D.J. Williams, linebacker Nate Webster, newly signed fullback Andrew Pinnock, and defensive linemen Tim Crowder and Nic Clemons.
