The Broncos added depth to their safety position Wednesday by signing Herana-Daze Jones.
A special teams player the previous two seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals, Jones was waived by the team last month. Jones, 26, had been plagued by a hamstring injury.
The former Indiana University prospect fills the roster spot vacated by defensive tackle Josh Shaw, who was placed on the injured reserve list Tuesday.
