COLORADO SPRINGS — The stepfather of a 4-year-old Widefield girl who was fatally injured in September will stand trial for her death.
El Paso County District Judge David Shakes has ruled that enough evidence exists to send Tristan Price, 23, to trial on first-degree murder and child-abuse charges in the death of Tamyrii “Mimi” Randall.
Shakes made his decision after hearing from El Paso County sheriff’s detectives and from Dr. Sunil Prashar, a forensic pathologist
