• Because of a reporting error, the name of Rachel Works, one of the victims killed at New Life Church in Colorado Springs on Dec. 9, 2007, was misspelled in a Page 1A story Friday.
• A graphic that appeared with a Page 1B story Sunday about attacks on women in Boulder incorrectly characterized a Nov. 4 assault as sexual; it was not. The chart also said the victim of a Nov. 27 attack was drugged; that has not been determined.
