Broncos playing a numbers game.
The Broncos will be full of numbers this weekend when they travel east for a 2:15 p.m. game Sunday against the Carolina Panthers.
Such as “1”: It will be the Broncos’ first trip to Charlotte, after twice defeating the Panthers in two previous meetings in Denver. And “11”: Denver could clinch its 11th division title in its 48-year history. And “4”: A Broncos victory would complete a four-game sweep of their NFC foes. A win would also mark Denver’s fourth consecutive road victory.
The game, on CBS4, will be called by Dick Enberg and Randy Cross.
