FORT COLLINS — Fort Collins and Timnath have reached a tentative agreement over the development of the Riverwalk Property at Interstate 25 and Harmony Road.
Neither side, however, will disclose details of the agreement until early January, when the heads of both communities discuss the pact.
Officials did say the agreement will address a variety of planning and growth-management issues that have been a focus of disagreement between Timnath and Fort Collins for several years.
