COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Drew O’Connell and Tyler O’Brien combined to make 24 saves in net, lifting Colorado College to a 7-0 win over Sacred Heart on Saturday night.
O’Connell stopped 18 shots, before giving way to O’Brien, who turned back six in the third period.
The Tigers (11-6-5) scored three times in the opening period and then added four more in the second.
Kris Fredheim had a goal and two assists. Tim Hall, Chad Rau, Andreas Vlassopoulos, Bill Sweatt, Stephen Schultz and Brian McMillin also added goals for Colorado College.
Sacred Heart falls to 4-10-3.
