Frozen Mochaccinos
From “The America’s Test Kitchen Family Cookbook.” Serves 4.
Ingredients
2 cups ice cubes
3/4 cup brewed double-strength coffee, chilled
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1/4 cup half-and-half
Directions
Pulse all of the ingredients in a blender until the ice begins to break down, about 5 pulses, then blend on high until completely smooth.
