The winner: Paul Ruttum, Denver: Baxter (his dog) and I walk by this fence at East 10th Avenue and Milwaukee Street in Denver almost every day. Baxter is a lot less interested in the whales and other denizens of the deep than he is in making sure that all squirrels in the vicinity are treed. This fence is just one of the many artistic delights found on our walks in the Congress Park neighborhood.
