Homicide investigators arrested Eric Candelaria, 19, on Wednesday for investigation of first-degree murder. At 2:15 p.m. on Friday, the Denver Police Department’s fugitive unit arrested Matthew Guevara, 19, at 2940 Federal Blvd. He is at the city jail for investigation of first-degree murder.
