ROCKY MOUNTAIN HEALTH PLANS: The Grand Junction- based health plan named industry veteran Neil Waldron to the newly created position of chief marketing officer and vice president of strategic initiatives. Waldron was formerly president and chief executive of Sloans Lake Managed Care.

THE LISTEN FOUNDATION: Announced that Hank Brown, former U.S. senator and University of Colorado president, will be the honorary chairman for the 14th annual “Biggest Event to Never Happen,” a mailing campaign to raise funds.

MWH LABORATORIES: Announced that Ed Wilson has joined the company as managing director.

COLORADO SCHOOL OF MINES: Gov. Bill Ritter has appointed Terry Fox and reappointed L. Roger Hutson to the board of trustees.

WORKFORCE INSIGHT: Hired Scott Knaul as a retail workforce-management strategist.

THE CABLE CENTER: Promoted Diane Christman to senior vice president of marketing and development.

MARTIN/MARTIN INC. CONSULTING ENGINEERS: Promoted Dwight Gilbert, Gregory Gillmor and Mark Thornbrough to associate.

LUTHERAN MEDICAL CENTER FOUNDATION: Announced that Ken Fellman of Kissinger & Fellman PC has accepted a position on the board of directors.

BROWNSTEIN HYATT FARBER SCHRECK: Elected Adam DeVoe, Tal Diamant, Michael Gheleta, Aaron Hyatt, Susan Klopman and Amy Ruhl as shareholders in the Denver office.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS COLORADO: Named Lise Aangeenbrug executive director. Aangeenbrug is currently deputy director.

DENVER HEALTH: Recently added Francis Bauer to the Denver Health Dental Clinic; Dr. Sandra Buseman as a physician in the Occupational Health and Safety Clinic; and Dr. Anthony Sanchez as chief of sports medicine.

THE LEGAL MARKETING ASSOCIATION ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHAPTER: Elected Kristin Merikangas of Faegre & Benson president for 2009.
