DAYTON, Ohio — Prosecutors said Thursday they will seek the death penalty against a man accused of killing a young mother in her home, having sexual contact with her 4-year-old son and leaving him at a highway rest stop.
Montgomery County Prosecutor Mathias Heck Jr. announced the decision as he released an indictment against Charlie Myers, 22, of Columbus.
