Carol Kreck, the woman who was cited for holding a paper sign outside Sen. John McCain’s town-hall meeting in Denver, was set to go to trial on a trespassing charge Tuesday, but her trial was postponed until June 15.
In the meantime, Kreck is scheduled to return to Denver County Court on Feb. 12 for a motions hearing on the constitutional issues of the incident.
Kreck was cited July 7 and removed from the galleria at the Denver Performing Arts complex. The Denver Post
