Authorities have charged a Westminster man with trading drugs to addicts in return for loot they stole in a series of crimes.
A statewide grand jury accused Duy H. Nguyen, 28, of a laundry list of crimes in a 94-count indictment that could net him up to 460 years in prison if he is convicted.
“He had this network of drug addicts that he made into a gang of sorts that he would use to pull off different property crimes in exchange for drugs,” said Nate Strauch, spokesman for Colorado Attorney General John Suthers.
