The principal of Denver School of the Arts, Linee Perroncel, submitted her resignation Wednesday and intends to finish the school year, according to a news release from Denver Public Schools.
The school is the only comprehensive secondary arts magnet school for students grade six through 12 in the Rocky Mountain region and admits kids based on an audition.
The district said it will begin searching for Perroncel’s replacement immediately.
