They led the Blue Devils (18-2) nearly the entire way before letting a late 13-point lead slip away. Kyle Singler had 22 points and 12 rebounds for Duke.
No. 2 Connecticut 71, DePaul 49: Jerome Dyson scored 18 points for the visiting Huskies (19-1).
No. 21 Villanova 67, No. 3 Pittsburgh 57: Reggie Redding scored a career-high 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds as the host Wildcats (16-4) beat a ranked team for the first time in five tries.
No. 5 North Carolina 80, Florida State 77: Ty Lawson’s 3-pointer at the buzzer won it for the visiting Tar Heels (16-5), who overcame 32 points from Florida State’s Toney Douglas.

Kansas 68, Nebraska 62: Sherron Collins scored 17 points and the visiting Jayhawks (16-4, 5-0) rallied from a 13-point deficit in the first half to beat the Cornhuskers (12-7, 2-4).
Kansas State 88, Missouri 72: Jacob Pullen had 23 points and Jamar Samuels added 18 for the host Wildcats (13-7, 2-4).

No. 2 Oklahoma 56, No. 4 Baylor 51: Courtney Paris had 15 points and 14 rebounds for her 111th consecutive double-double and scored the tiebreaking basket with 34 seconds left to lead the Sooners (17-2, 6-0) past the host Bears (17-2, 5-1) in the highest-ranked conference matchup ever in the Big 12.
No. 11 Texas A&M 68, No. 16 Texas 54: Takia Starks scored 21 of her 26 points in the second half for the visiting Aggies (16-3, 4-2), who have beaten the Longhorns (14-5, 2-3) six of the last seven.
No. 23 Xavier 42, Saint Joseph’s 41: Xavier (18-4) rallied from a nine-point deficit on the road.
AREA WOMEN
Texas Tech 66, Colorado 60: Brittany Spears scored 26 points for the Buffs (9-9, 1-5 Big 12) in Boulder, but it wasn’t enough. Dominic Seals led Texas Tech (12-7, 3-3) with 18 points.
Denver 61, South Alabama 56, OT: Britteni Rice scored 18 points to lead the Pioneers (11-9, 6-3 Sun Belt) at home. Ra’Shawna Sippio had 21 points and 10 rebounds for USA, which went 0-for-6 in OT.
Wyoming 52, Air Force 41: Kristen Scheffler scored 21 points, including 5-of-8 shooting from 3-point range, to lead the Cowgirls (10-9, 2-4 Mountain West) on the road. Air Force (4-15, 0-6) was led by Brooke Cultra’s 16 points and 10 rebounds.
New Mexico 76, Colorado State 68: Amy Beggin scored 22 points for the Lobos (16-3, 5-1 MWC) in Fort Collins. Meghan Heimstra had 19 to lead CSU (7-12, 2-4).
