Shares of ProLogis, the world’s biggest warehouse company, fell as much as 8.8 percent Monday after saying it may pay part of its dividend in stock.
The Denver-based company will make a decision by Monday, when it reports fourth- quarter earnings, spokeswoman Melissa Marsden said in an interview.
