Vail Resorts Inc. announced Joe Micheletto retired as chairman of the board of directors and as a director Monday.
Micheletto, who has agreed to be available to consult through July 31, has been named a “chairman emeritus” in recognition of his years of service and contributions to the company.
Vail Resorts’ board will choose a new chairperson at its next meeting in March.
