THE COLORADO CONSERVATION TRUST: Elected Willi Schmidt chairman of the board of directors. Thomas Stokes was retained as vice chairman and George Beardsley as secretary/treasurer. VISIONTEK: Named Elena Castor vice president, sales, and Ivo Karadjov, director, product management and marketing.
NORTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW: Laura Hazen, a litigation employment lawyer with Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe PC, has been named co- chairwoman of the Denver regional chapter of alumni relations and development.
