Of Wednesday’s local signings, Mountain Vista’s Taylor Kemp proudly gave his autograph to Maryland men’s soccer, which won the NCAA title in December. The defender’s credentials that attracted the Terrapins include training camp with the Under-20 (in Manchester, England) and Under-18 (Argentina and Uruguay) national teams, competing at the U.S. Developmental Academy and being named a National Soccer Coaches Association of America All-American.
