FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Prosecutors are wrapping up their case in the trial of a former Colorado State University employee accused in five sex assaults.
Samuel Case White faces five counts each of sexual assault and burglary. Case worked in CSU’s human resources department, and prosecutors say he used his work computer to find the addresses of women he had helped.
The attacks took place in September and August of 2007. White was arrested on Sep. 8, 2007, after an officer said he was prowling outside a home.
The trial is under way this week in Fort Collins.
A Colorado Bureau of Investigations official has testified that DNA evidence ties White to two of the alleged victim’s homes.
