A 58-year-old Loveland man allegedly molested a child from his wife’s 24-hour day-care facility in their home, authorities say.
John Snyder has been charged with sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, according to Benjamin Hurr, Loveland police spokesman.
Police began investigating after receiving a complaint in December, Hurr said.
Police and Larimer County Child Protection Services contacted all of the families who took children to the home to warn them, Hurr say. No other parents came forward with allegations against Snyder.
Snyder turned himself in to police on Jan. 30 and paid a $50,000 bond.
