CENTENNIAL, Colo.—A driver accused in a fatal hit-and-run collision with a cab headed to the Denver airport has been arrested after a neighbor said he saw her driving again.
Arapahoe County sheriff’s officials say Sandra Lee Jacobson of Centennial was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving with a license that was suspended Jan. 9.
Jacobson faces two counts of vehicular homicide, two counts of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, and driving under the influence of alcohol after a crash Jan. 28. Police say her pickup truck sideswiped a cab headed to Denver International Airport that day, injuring the cab driver and killing two Riverside, Conn., women in the cab.
Jacobson was being held Saturday on a $50,000 bond.
