We asked for haiku on the topic of “kiss,” and boy, did we get them. Entrants to the Denver Post $25 Haiku Contest tickled our fancy with poems about dog kisses, butterfly kisses, candy kisses and the band KISS. In the end, we found the verse written by Todd Bublitz, of Denver, most satisfying:
a kiss between two
a language spoken by all
no need to translate
