DCP Midstream, a Denver-based natural-gas venture owned by ConocoPhillips and Spectra Energy Corp., sold $450 million of 10-year notes, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
The 9.75 percent notes priced at 98.42 cents on the dollar to yield 10 percent, Bloomberg data show. The debt is rated BBB by Standard & Poor’s.
