Sage relocated from 22,000 square feet at 1512 Larimer St. The company, which develops and operates hotels, employs about 120 people at its new headquarters building.
Developer Evan Makovsky acquired the building from owner Gary Cook and his family, who had long been criticized for letting it fall into disrepair.
The building is viewed as a crucial bridge between the 16th Street Mall and the Colorado Convention Center.
