A new apartment community is underway at RidgeGate, a master-planned community in Lone Tree.
Martin Fein Interests Inc. broke ground recently on Miramont at RidgeGate, a 244-unit, four-story project with street- level shops and services. The development will include a parking structure surrounded by residential units so it’s not visible from the street.
RidgeGate is south of Lincoln Avenue, straddling Interstate 25.
