DURANGO — Two students at an elementary school in Durango have been suspended on suspicion of marijuana possession.
Durango School District 9-R spokeswoman Dyan Lee did not say on Friday what grade the Needham Elementary School students are in, but the school is for students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. Lee says that on Tuesday the students were found with a pouch of what appeared to be marijuana.
Police were investigating.
