Energy companies are decrying upcoming training sessions about the state’s new rules for drilling, saying they won’t be allowed to ask questions.
The Colorado Oil & Gas Association said Monday that state regulators “flip- flopped” on their promise to take questions during the sessions, which start next Monday.
The regulators say the presentations are too long to allow for questions. They say questions can be submitted through the website of the regulating agency, the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. Questions will be answered on the site.
