FRISCO, Colo.—A Summit County philanthropist and medical group CEO has been arrested on child pornography allegations.

The Summit County sheriff’s office says 54-year-old Dennis Flint was arrested Thursday morning on three counts of sexual exploitation of a child by possessing child pornography.

Flint is the chief executive officer of High Country Health Care.

Authorities say the FBI began investigating him in 2006 and seized two computers from his Blue River home. The agency turned the case over to local authorities this year after finding no proof of “immediate interstate nexus” that would have resulted in federal charges.

Flint was being held on $100,000 bond at the Summit County jail.

No home phone listing could be found for him, and a voicemail left on his cell phone by the Summit Daily News was not immediately returned.
