LINCOLN, Neb.—Sophomore Alexis Akin-Otiko scored 18 points, Myhiah Dotzler made three 3-pointers and finished with 16 points and Bellevue West defeated Omaha Marian 75-50 in the Class A semifinals at the girls state tournament Friday.

The Thunderbirds (23-2), who split two previous meetings with the Crusaders, advance to the 1:30 p.m. final Saturday against unbeaten defending champion Lincoln Southeast (26-0).

Clare Tokheim scored 13 points to lead Marian (22-6).
