CBS Corp. on Friday said it has completed the sale of Denver FM radio stations KWLI, KIMN and KXKL to Wilks Broadcasting Group LLC for $19.5 million.
Wilks Broadcasting is based in Alpharetta, Ga., and owns 21 stations in six cities.
