LINCOLN, Neb.—Bishop Neumann held Kimball to just five points in the second half, keying a 55-30 win in the Class C1 semifinals Friday at the girls state tournament.

McKenzie Fujan scored 19 points and Sara Reeves 12 for the Cavaliers (24-1). Kayli Rageth had 10 points to lead the Longhorns (21-5).

Neumann trailed 25-22 at half, but the Cavaliers held Kimball to just one field goal the rest of the way and ended up winning easily to return to the finals for the second year in a row. They’ll play Bennington (20-3), a team they beat 60-40 in the regular season.
