Carbondale chef and restaurateur Mark Fischer is likely bringing a branch of his tasty restaurant Phat Thai to the old Wolfgang Puck Express/Paradise Bakery & Cafe space at 2900 E. Second Ave. in Cherry Creek.
Fischer said he’s “excited about the location and confident the timing couldn’t be much better.” If the deal closes, the sharp chef expects to open Phat Thai late this year. Fischer also owns Six89, a fab fine-dining spot in Carbondale.
